Commissioned piece for 
of his character, Eirwen Vaan. There were some challenges in creating this piece, but it was another chance to try some lighting effects. The other title I was thinking about was "Still Life with Nude" because of the platter of food on the foot rest. That was just one of the fun props I put in there. Eirwen is a member of a royal family, so I also added the glass vase with the flowers in it by the window, thinking, only the wealthy would be able to keep a greenhouse in the middle of winter. Plus, it adds to the setting and warms up that corner.
